On-line Entry

We offer the facility to enter this event on-line. To do so you are required to complete the on-line entry form and submit your entry fee payment to us using the secure PayPal system. All major credit and debit cards are accepted and you do not need to have your own PayPal account.
IMPORTANT - Your entry can only be processed when you complete the payment procedure and we receive confirmation of your payment. If you complete the entry form but cancel the payment screen your entry will not be processed!
This system currently only supports individual entries - if you wish to enter a team then you must either enter and pay for each rider individually or submit a team entry form by post.

Declaration
I declare that I am eligible under British Cycling Technical Regulations to enter this race and that the information on this form is complete and correct.
I understand and agree that I participate in this race entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and that I must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others. I am aware that when riding in an event and particularly when riding on a public highway the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, meeting sponsor(s), British Cycling, or any official or member of the British Cycling or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the race, however caused.Personal Information
All data collected is entirely for use in processing your entry and communicating with you both before and after the day of the event. With your consent, we may pass on your details to our event sponsor(s) in order for them to contact you regarding their products and services that might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to participate please indicate this by ticking the appropriate box on the entry form page.
Payment information is submitted via a secure server and is processed by PayPal. Please see the PayPal website here for the terms and conditions of using their service. We (the event organisers) do not see or have access to any data regarding your method of payment or card details at any time.
Cancellation & refunds
If you wish to withdraw your entry prior to the closing date of the event you must inform us of this by email using the email link at the bottom of this page. We will refund your entry fee minus a handling fee of £1.50 Entry fees for withdrawals after the closing date cannot be refunded.
In the event of cancellation of the race entry fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of £1.50
